Linens

You will always arrive to fresh linens on the main bed. We will happily prep the pull out sofa upon request prior to check in. Spare linens are always provided as well. All blankets found around the condo are laundered between each guest to ensure fresh and sanitary conditions. Towels, wash cloths, hand towels, and dish towels are also provided.

Toiletries

We will supply you with a small starter set of travel sized toiletries. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, and makeup remover pads.

Dining

There is an on site restaurant on the Vail Racquet Club property. Hours vary. Check with the front desk for more information!

Our house book we will send you will also have information on grocery stores and delivery services.

If you’re interested, we’re happy to do some shopping for you prior to your stay. Email us after booking and we’ll discuss!

Stocked items

You will always find a selection of the following items for your use while staying with us:
-coffee pods
-tea
-shelf stable creamer
-sugar
-Salt & Pepper + dozens of other spices (we love to chef it up so we won’t leave you with just one or two spices)
-flour
-trash bags (we count one per day for our guests and leave them in the drawer above the trash cans)
-paper towels, toilet tissue, & facial tissue (while not an endless supply, we are generous in leaving you plenty to get started and then some!)
-dish & hand soap
-dishwasher pellets
-all purpose, glass, disinfectant, and stainless steel cleaners for you to tidy as you go and clean up small messes
-laundry detergent, stain stick, and dryer sheets. Laundry is coin operated and self serve on the back side of our building. You’ll need to bring the quarters but you’re welcome to use the laundry supplies we leave under the bathroom sink.
