About
Welcome to our cozy home in the Vail Valley!
Alpinhaus Vail is a cozy little getaway nestled in east Vail, high in the Rocky Mountains. It sits in the heart of the Vail Racquet Club on the banks of the Gore Creek. Every time we walk through the door we breathe a little sigh of relaxation as the stress of the “real world” melts away.
Some of our favorite features of the property are the views of the Gore Range while sitting on the sofa in front of the fireplace or just relaxing on the deck in the rocking chairs. The East Vail Chutes can be viewed from the bedroom as well as the large hot tub and pool at the club house. There’s something so grounding about being surrounded by mountains! While the condo is not large, it has everything you could need for a relaxing retreat after a day in the outdoors.
In Springtime, there are tons of waterfalls in the area that are wonderful to hike to. Summer brings stunning wildflowers, sunny skies, and great hiking, paddling, and biking weather. The Vail Valley lights up gold in the Fall when the large Aspen groves change their colors. And of course, winter makes for one epic outdoor playground with world renown skiing, nordic skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and more! There is so much to do here and Alpinhaus is the perfect base camp for it all.
Our place is perfect for a couple wishing to get away from it all and revel in the year round outdoor activities. The overall unit is just under 600 square feet. We do have a pull out sofa bed (that’s super comfortable, we swear! It has no metal bars digging into your back!) so we can accommodate 4 guests if you’re traveling with a friend, another couple, or older children. *
We’re so thrilled to share our little slice of heaven with you! Book today!

We look forward to your stay.
A note about accessibility:
*Please know that while we love all people, young children, elderly, or differently abled individuals may not be the best fit for our property. The building was built before elevator requirements and we are in a walk up building and that also means it was built before doorway requirements. Several doorways are more narrow than current builds so if someone uses an assistive device for moving about, they will likely run into clearance issues. There are three sets of stairs to climb. This makes the view up top worth it but it will present challenges for these individuals. We also have a ladder up to a mini loft area and cabinets that do not lock that may contain kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies that children should not be getting into. Additionally, being on the top floor, our balcony is also on the top floor and we know many parents prefer to avoid extremely high balconies like ours. While all of our safety equipment is checked and maintained before every guest, the overall environment is better suited for older children (tweens +) and active adults.
